The Black Rain Ordnance Spec series is a line of AR15 rifles and pistols built to meet bid requirements for law enforcement and military personnel and as an affordable option for civilian use. The SPEC15 Carbine uses a direct impingement gas system, has a low profile adjustable gas block, and a Nickel Boron-coated BCG.

Black Rain Ordnance strives to use only American metal ensuring that all products carrying their seal are made in America by American workers. This particular rifle features a 16″ 4150 Chromoly Barrel along with a Nitride coated Spec15 BCG. Additionally this rifle features a 12″ Free Float Hybrid Hand Guard, GI Trigger, Carbine Collapsible Buttstock and Pistol Grip.
