Frequently Asked Questions

Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 5 business days. Upper receivers may take up to 15 business days to ship out. Serialized items (firearms, lower receivers, etc.) may take 7-10 business days to ship out; please verify that Colonial Firearms has a copy of the FFL from your dealer. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it. Let our Customer Service Department know if your order has passed the above ship time, and they will have your order sent to our Shipping Department to investigate the reason for the delay

No, we are not able to edit an order after it has been placed. We can assist you in cancelling your original order, so you can order the item(s) you wanted, or you can place a separate order. To cancel your order, please use our contact form for the fastest response.

The packing slip inside of your package will only list the items that were sent in that shipment. If one of the items is not listed on that packing slip, then it is being shipped out separately. Upper receivers are usually shipped separately from other items. Upper Receivers generally take longer to ship than any other products that we sell.

Our Compliance Department only ships serialized items. Lower Receivers and Firearms are shipped separately from the other products. Our Shipping Department handles all other products. The Shipping Department will ship the other items on your order to the shipping address that was provided.

Yes, notify Colonial Firearms LTD seven days after the scheduled delivery time or notify Colonial Firearms LTD five days after you receive notification that the package was delivered but did not receive it.

Yes. Just email us a picture of the damaged box and the product’s scratches, marks, or dents. Our Shipping Specialists will discuss the amount of a PSA Gift Card and then email you an electronic gift card.

No problem. You can receive a refund (less shipping fees and taxes) or a new product. Our Shipping Specialists will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the product to Colonial Firearms LTD. Once we receive your package, Colonial Firearms LTD will refund your order (less shipping fees and taxes) or send you a new order, whatever you decide.
